Birth data is personal. Here is exactly what we hold, why we hold it, and how to make it go away.

What we collect
To make your reading: your name (optional), email address, birth date, birth time, birth place — including the coordinates and timezone we look up for that place — and any question you choose to write.
To take payment: Stripe collects and processes your payment details. We receive only the outcome, the amount, and the email you used. We never see or store your card number.
If you ask for the free guide: your email address.
If you write to us: your name, email and message.
Basic usage data: anonymous, aggregated page and event counts so we know which parts of the site work. No advertising trackers, no profiles built about you, no data sold.
Why we're allowed to hold it
Birth data is used solely to perform the contract you entered when you bought a reading. Your email for the free guide and for occasional notes is held on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. A small amount of order data is kept because tax and accounting law requires it.
Who else touches your data
We keep the list of processors deliberately short: our hosting and database provider, which stores your reading data securely in the EU; Stripe, for payments; and our email infrastructure, for sending your receipt, guide and reading. AI models are used to help draft readings; the draft is then reviewed by a person. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising.
How long we keep it
Birth details and readings are kept for as long as you might reasonably want a copy — and deleted on request at any time. Guide subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. Order records are retained for the period tax law requires.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to send it elsewhere. Use the contact form and we will act on it — normally within a few days, and always within a month. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Security and contact
Reading files are stored in private storage and shared only through private, time-limited links. Access is restricted to the studio.
Anything unclear? Ask through the contact form.
