Terms of Service

Tessara is an independent studio operating the website hellotessara.com and selling hand-finished astrological readings as a digital service. Tessara is currently in beta: the service works end to end, but the range of products is still small and may change.

These terms apply to every order placed through this site. By paying for a reading you accept them.

A Tessara reading is a designed, plain-language interpretation of your birth chart, written for personal reflection and self-understanding.

It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a prediction of future events. Nothing in a reading should be used in place of a qualified professional. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

Readings are produced with the help of AI, then reviewed and hand-finished by a person before they are sent. We are explicit about this because we think you should know how your reading was made.

You choose a reading, give the birth details it needs, and pay through Stripe. Prices are shown in euro and include any applicable tax. We never see or store your card details.

Your order is confirmed when Stripe confirms the payment and you receive a receipt by email. If a payment fails or is later reversed, we are not obliged to deliver the reading.

A chart is only as good as the data behind it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth date, time and place you give us. If those details are wrong, the reading will be wrong, and that is not grounds for a refund — though we will happily redo a reading once if you spot a mistake and tell us before delivery.

Readings are hand-finished and delivered by email within 24 hours of us receiving your complete birth details. The reading arrives as a private, time-limited download link.

If we cannot deliver — for any reason on our side — we refund you in full. See the refund policy.

As an EU consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery has begun with your consent.

By ordering a reading you ask us to start work straight away and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once the finished reading has been sent to you. Before delivery, you can cancel for a full refund at any time.

Your reading is yours, for your own personal use. You may keep it, print it and share it with people close to you. You may not resell it, republish it publicly, or use it to train or build a competing product. Tessara keeps the copyright in the templates, design and written frameworks the reading is built from.

The free guide is offered in exchange for your email address. We send you the guide, and occasional notes about Tessara. You can unsubscribe from any email, and we will stop.

Tessara is sold as a reflective, creative service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to a reading is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms as Tessara grows. The version published here at the time of your order is the one that governs it.
